At Little Blossoms Joy, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns, refunds, and store credits in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may be unable to accommodate changes as the order may already be in processing or dispatched.
- If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, your refund or store credit will be processed within 10 business days.
- For cancellations after the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee a refund but will review each request individually.
Returns and Refunds
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if your purchase has a major problemโsuch as being unsafe, significantly different from its description, or failing to perform as promised. If the issue is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.
Return Window:
We accept returns for change of mind or other non-major issues within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Exclusions:
- Items used, worn, or damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Returns initiated after the 30-day window, except in cases of a product defect.
Return Process:
- Contact us via email within 30 days, providing your order number, return reason, and any supporting details.
- Await our teamโs approval before shipping the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Refunds and Store Credits:
- Refunds or store credits will be issued once the returned item is inspected and deemed to meet the return criteria.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of inspection, and store credits will be available immediately.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or currency (AUD), and customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees.
If you prefer, we offer store credits as an alternative to refunds for eligible returns. Store credits can be used toward future purchases and are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-approved returns or items returned without valid reasons.
Product Concerns
We ensure the safety and quality of our products. If you encounter any issues, including discomfort during use, discontinue use immediately and contact us through our contact page.
If a product is found to be defective or unsafe, we will comply with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law to offer a repair, replacement, or refund based on the nature of the problem.
Damaged Items
If an item is damaged during transit:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping if applicable.
Note: Damage to external packaging that does not affect the product itself is not considered eligible for a refund or replacement.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver your order promptly but cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors, including courier services or customs issues.
- Lost or stolen packages should be addressed directly with the courier.
